Using Live Action Role Play (LARP) as a means for investigation to see if we are able to surrender our current social role and act as part of the collective . Training firstly the Captain through a three month series of designed workshops and performances, consisting of Navy training and exploring authority through speech and movement. Then placing the Captain in charge of one day Live Navel Play examining the transformation of the self within the design of a LARP.

Live Navel Play was in trial for the 7 day LARP.  Exhibited at MOD, Copland Gallery London .
